Policies & Guest Etiquette

Welcome to Brushed 2 Beauty!

As an independent stylist, my goal is to provide a relaxing, personalized experience for every guest. To keep things running smoothly and respectfully for both of us, please take a moment to review my salon suite policies below. 

 

Appointments & Booking


 All appointments are by reservation only.
A deposit or card on file may be required to secure your booking — this ensures your time is reserved just for you.
You can conveniently book through [Booking the look tab].


Cancellations & Rescheduling


I completely understand that plans change!
Please provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
     
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
     

This policy helps respect my time as a solo stylist and allows others to book open spots.


Late Arrivals


 Please plan to arrive on time so you can enjoy your full appointment.
If you’re more than 10–15 minutes late, your service may need to be modified or rescheduled, and a late fee may apply. 


Refunds & Adjustments


I want you to absolutely love your hair!
If you’re not satisfied with your result, please contact me within 7 days so we can discuss a complimentary adjustment.
Refunds are not offered once you leave the suite, as time and product costs are invested in each service. 


Guests & Children


Due to limited space and safety regulations, only the person receiving the service may be in the suite during the appointment.
Please do not bring children or additional guests unless they are scheduled for their own service.


Payments & Gratuity


 Accepted payment methods include [ all major credit/debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paze].
Gratuities are always appreciated and can be added to your total or sent digitally if preferred. 


Health & Cleanliness


 If you’re feeling unwell, please reach out to reschedule — no penalties will apply for illness-related changes.
I maintain strict sanitation and disinfection standards for every guest’s comfort and safety.

 

Extensions


Because extensions require extra time, product, and preparation, please review these guidelines before booking:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your hair appointment. 
  • A consultation is required before all new extension installations to determine color match, length, and method.
  • Maintenance appointments are recommended every 6–8 weeks to ensure your extensions remain healthy and properly placed.
  • If you have any concerns about your installation, please contact within 7 days of your appointment for an adjustment. 
  • Redos are at the stylist’s discretion and do not apply if aftercare instructions were not followed..
     

If you have any questions about extension care or pricing, please don’t hesitate to reach out prior to booking.


Content & Media Policy


 At Brushed 2 Beauty we love showcasing our work! From sleek transformations to gorgeous extension installs, photos and videos help us share what we do best.

  • By booking a service, you agree that photos or videos of your hair may be taken for documentation and promotional use. 
  • Images may be used on social media, the salon’s website, or marketing materials. 
  • Your privacy is always respected — no identifying information will be shared without your permission. 
  • If you prefer not to have your photo used, please let me know before your appointment begins.

Smoke-Free & Drug-Free Policy (Client Policy)


To keep our salon suite clean, safe, and comfortable for all guests:

  • No smoking or vaping (cigarettes, cigars, e-cigs, hookah, marijuana) anywhere in or near the building.  
  • Do not arrive with strong smoke, vape, or marijuana odor. 
  • Do not arrive under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or cannabis.  
  • No drug use or possession on the premises.  

If you arrive smelling of smoke or appear impaired, your appointment will be canceled and the cancellation/no-show fee will apply.
